Strategic planning is an active, dynamic and ongoing process at the Institute. The Strategy & Planning committee spearheads this effort, which involves all Institute committees and groups in the planning process. The core of the planning process is a pro forma financial plan maintained by the committee.

The strategic plan is currently formative with the Strategy & Planning committee just beginning the process of working with the various committees and groups to develop their component of strategic planning that will ultimately be combined into an overall strategic plan for the Institute. Anyone with appropriate experience and inclination is welcome to apply for membership in this committee.
