Ryan Donaghy

Biography

Ryan Donaghy is a registered architect in New York, where he is a Director at SHoP Architects specializing in the design and realization of custom building enclosures. He has led facade design and coordination for a number of notable projects at SHoP, including residential and commercial towers in New York, Sydney, and Detroit, as well as the new headquarters for Uber in San Francisco. He holds a bachelor’s degree with high honors in civil and structural engineering from Michigan State University and a Master of Architecture from the University of Michigan where he graduated with distinction and thesis honors. He currently teaches enclosure design as an adjunct assistant professor at Columbia University's GSAPP.
