Highly organized creative thinker and designer with 25 years of experience in real estate development, project management, design build, creative vision, and oversight. Visitor and user testing experience in a museum setting, onsite installation management, and an eye for quality control. Construction company owner and operator of 10 years building residential homes, retrofitting commercial properties, and developing restaurants. Small business owner and landlord of 25 years in real estate management within the music industry. Strong community leader and advocate for small business and artists with a passion for adaptive reuse and sustainability. Musician, ceramicist, and dancer.
Mother of two grown sons who are pursuing their dreams in chemistry and mechanical engineering, and human to a 7 year old Formosan Mountain dog. BA in Interdisciplinary Art with a Minor in Dance and currently finishing a Master of Architecture degree and Building Façade Art Science and Technology certificate under the queen palms at the University of Southern California.
