Biography

Gerald (Jerry) Bianco is a professional engineer with 27 years of construction and engineering experience. Having started with Lendlease in 2001, he is a leader of the firm’s multi-family residential and mixed-use practice. Prior to joining Lendlease, Jerry worked on transportation engineering projects for local and state government agencies.

Jerry has managed the construction of some of the most critically acclaimed and challenging projects to dot the New York City skyline over the past two decades, including: 56 Leonard, 520 Park Avenue, One Manhattan Square, 400 Park Avenue South, 277 Fifth Avenue, 50 UN Plaza, among many others. His projects are notable both for their scale, emphasis on quality and innovative safety practices.

Jerry is a graduate of Stevens Institute of Technology, where he earned his M.S. degree in Civil Engineering in 1999. In 1993, he earned his B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Syracuse University. He resides in New Jersey with his wife and three children.
