Public Services and Procurement Canada / Government of Canada

Biography

Ferdinand Regier has been licensed with the Ontario Association of Architects since 2004. Prior to entering the federal public service in 2016, he directed a small practice in Central Ontario. His awareness of façade design and performance needs are informed both by his early days in various construction trades as well as having spent his formative professional years working in Canada’s arctic.

In his role with the federal government, he leads a team of architects and designers in the provision of advisory services at Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) and to other government departments. These services influence the planning and development of projects throughout the Ontario region.

Mr. Regier has a Masters of Architecture from Dalhousie, a Bachelor of Environmental Design Studies from the Technical University of Nova Scotia and a Bachelor of Technology from Ryerson (now TMU).
