Biography

Andrea joined Eckersley O'Callaghan San Francisco in 2018. He achieved his Ph.D. in 2017 and spent years working as a facade consultant at Heintges Consulting Architects and Engineers and Arup. As a Project Manager and Senior Facade Engineer, he is responsible for the analysis and design of the facade systems with a particular focus on building physics and glass design.

As a key figure in Eckersley O' Callaghan's Building Physics Group and a leader in our R&D program, he has technical excellence in the performance modeling of complex building envelopes,

Passionate about building performance, he has released a number of publications on innovative solar shading systems, building energy performance and human comfort in relation to facade performance.
